Master Planning systems can help streamline profit margins in higher education.

A drop in the international student revenue due to factors such as a high Australian Dollar has placed additional financial pressure on Universities to compensate for this. In addition to this the year 2012 will see the abolition of caps on student places which can see some big changes  in the types of courses being offered to attract and retain students.

This will undoubtedly  place pressure on budgets and the planning associated to try and figure a way through this uncertainty.

Having the ability to stream line the planning process through specific master planning applications that are able to provide users with a much simpler models of being  able to scrutinise down to the individual degree and even subject level will enable a University to plan for a variety of different scenarios.

This presents an opportunity for Universities to focus on the more profitable courses which will lead to a better student outcomes and better student engagement.
